Course Description

It is the employer’s responsibility to ensure a safe work environment by recognizing and preventing violent incidents. Employers must take steps in order to make sure the workplace is safe for their employees, such as having clear protocols and proactive safety measures. It is critical that businesses, labor, social, and health services, education, law enforcement, and government undertake a collaborative approach to workplace violence prevention.
